Tips and Zips, Part 2

This slide show features more zips than tips. Be sure to see Part 1 for tips on posting links, pictures, and widgets. With only two weeks of the program left, I'd like to encourage everyone to cut corners. I also think the first 12 Things take more time than the second 12 Things. If you've fallen behind, try asking your manager for more time to spend on QL L2.0.
